Nenya was born on January 13, 2006 at the Babbacombe kennel, together with 9 brothers and sisters.  She stayed there with her sister Babbacombe Beloved (Flojo). Nenya is a half sister to our Jarod. They are both children of Peaches (Babbacombe As Good As It Gets). Nenya's father is Ch. Charncroft Cool Touch.

On February 27, 2007 we picked her up and introduced her to our gang. She got along with my beardies right from the start but was a little impressed by Rosie, who can be quite intimidating some times.

Nenya has a very lively, bouncy character and always tries to get what she wants. She is a very easy beardie that needed very little time to feel at home with us. Nenya loves to run with the other beardies, she and Maggie are the fastest. Nenya has made a super start to her show career, she behaves great in the showring and pleases almost every judge with her appearance. Within two months after starting her show career she gained her German youth championship, and a few weeks later she also completed her Dutch youth championship! Nenya continues to impress at shows and has gained another couple of titles, she also qualified for Crufts 2009 and for the dog of the year show in Holland, where she made her last appearance before retiring from the show ring. At the Dutch Beardie Clubshow in November 2008 she won best bitch and went res. BIS!

On July 22, 2009 she gave birth to a beautiful litter of three puppies sired by Elmo. Her second litter was born on April 10, 2011 sired by James. Nenya has now been spayed and is enjoying her retirement. We have kept a puppy from her last litter and hope she will grow up into a lovely beardie.

Since October 2011 Nenya lives with friends of us who recently lost their beardie. Nenya has settled in very well as expected and has managed to bring some happiness back into their home after the sad loss of their beloved companion.
